Mountain View High SchoolAs we continue to partner in the community, we have established a growing relationship with Mountain View Alternative High School. MVHS provides an environment for students to flourish while facing challenges in their lives outside the classroom.

CPC comes alongside the staff and student body in various ways. We provide scholarships to enable graduates to pursue education beyond high school. The CPC Community Service Scholarship ($1,750) honors recipients who display a caring heart by contributing to the community through volunteer service. We assist with service learning opportunities to engage the students to serve the community.

CPC also responds to specific needs as they arise, including financial assistance and in-kind donations. During the 2019-2020 school year, we started a monthly Cooking Class. Great fun is had by all!

MVHS offers programs designed to help students whose life circumstances often result in interrupted schooling. This adult/alternative high school population consists of students who may be pregnant or parenting, English Language Learners, older students who are returning to finish their high school graduation requirements and students who need a flexible or extended program to accommodate their work or family situations.
