Dear CPC Family,

If you were able to be with us this past Sunday, you heard me teach about six different evangelism styles:

The Direct Style (Peter)

The Intellectual Style (Paul)

The Testimonial Style (Blind Man)

The Interpersonal Style (Matthew)

The Invitational Style (The Samaritan Woman)

The Serving Style (Dorcas)

Perhaps you’ve been able to give some prayerful consideration as to which one or two of these primarily “fit” how God has made you. Is there a step you could take to develop your God-given style?

This coming Sunday we’ll conclude our series on becoming “Contagious Christians.” Pastor Connie will preach on John 4:4-26 and will speak about how we can start spiritual conversations and share the good news of Jesus using clear, accessible words.  After we share the sacrament of The Lord’s Supper, Pastor Chris will invite the congregation to once again prayerfully pick up Alpha invitation cards.

In last week’s E-letter, I began to tell you about our exciting new ministry initiative called the Alpha Series.

NEXT SUNDAY, February 10th, we begin!

If you haven’t checked out our church’s dedicated Alpha link, please do so here:

Here’s how the morning will flow:

9:30 ~ A delicious hot breakfast for children, students, & adults

10:00 ~ A teaching

10:40 ~ Small group discussion

Students will stay in our worship center while children will have Sunday School after enjoying breakfast with their families.

What can you do? PRAY!  COME!  INVITE God’s beloved “missing people” to join us as we are EXPECTANT of what the Lord will do in our midst AND far beyond the walls of our church home.

Warmly in Christ,

Pastor Rob
