HOPE for Mental Health is a support group for adults 18+ who are dealing with mental health challenges of various kinds. The group is designed to provide a welcoming, confidential, supportive, and spiritually-enriching environment where participants are encouraged to share their experiences, give and receive comfort and encouragement, and learn how faith and reliance on God can instill hope.

The CPC Hope group will meet for 12-weeks and will follow a topical support group-model based on Saddleback Church’s Journey Toward Hope: A Guided Experience. Weekly sessions are “self-contained”—meaning that a person can join the group at any point during the 12-week cycle. Meetings will be held at CPC on Monday evenings from 7:00-8:30 p.m. beginning November 11th. But drop-ins are welcome. Guidebooks and refreshments are provided. Please contact Lauren Mowbray at lauren@cpceco.org with questions or for more information.
