Study of Jeremiah : While many other prophets had also warned the nation of Judah that invasion, conquest, and exile would result if it didn’t repent and return to God, Jeremiah’s ministry actually culminated in the nation being destroyed by the Babylonians in 586 B.C.  Known as the weeping prophet, Jeremiah was torn between being faithful to preaching God’s judgment and clinging to God’s promise that a remnant would return from exile.   Come join us as we continue our study of this major prophet!

LISA HARPER: Discover the Redemptive Side to Job’s Story of Suffering.  Joy is the constant companion of the woman who trusts in the Lord.   And while you can find it in friends, family, and circumstances, unfailing, persistent joy will only ever overflow from your relationship with Jesus. Just ask Job, the man from Uz who clung to God’s goodness while all his worldly joys were stripped away. But how is it possible to hold onto such joy in times of sorrow? In this 7-session study by Lisa Harper, discover the redemptive side to Job’s story of suffering. Learn to use pain to strengthen your faith, point others to the gospel, and remember God’s providence will never take you to a place where His grace will not sustain you.

“All Things New” by an overwhelming majority with Kelly Minter. The city of ancient Corinth was much like our own modern-day cities: a melting pot of electrifying cultural experiences to be had, along with the myriad pitfalls of spiritual depravity. Still, Paul wrote to the Church of God in Corinth – meaning God’s Church is meant to thrive in any city and every circumstance in which we find ourselves. Paul’s letter is as timely as ever.  Kelly Minter will lead you through the Letter of 2 Corinthians, exploring the anchoring truths of bearing treasures in jars of clay, meeting Christ through a pressing thorn, opening wide your heart in the midst of hurtful relationships, and what it means to embrace the lost and lonely as ministers of the new covenant. Each of us has a message to proclaim and live by: Because of Jesus the old has gone, the new has come.

“The Book of Judges” – JD Greear through RightNow Media based on the Book of Judges. The book of Judges cracks a window into depths of the human soul. Watch a nation struggle with its identity and relationship to its God. Heroes and heroines arise, who seem to have the potential to save Israel. But in the end, each proves to be a broken savior that cannot deliver. In this series, pastor and author J.D. Greear wades into the book of Judges to shine a light onto the muddy waters of human rebellion. The stories and truths within are not just archaic tales with no relevance for us today. Rather, J.D. works through each chapter unpacking the truth of God’s grace in the midst of human wickedness and shows how only the divine can redeem the fallen.
