Thank You for your donations of time and goods for the Disaster Relief Buckets! Last week, we filled 100 buckets with cleaners, sponges, masks, gloves, and more. The buckets are on their way to the victims of natural disasters.

Fall LifeGroups. LifeGroups begin October 3rd! For 7 weeks, we’ll review the past Sunday’s “Life on Life” message, diving deeper into Philippians together as a small group. Click HERE for details and to register.
Adult Bible Studies. It’s not too late to join an Adult Bible Study. Gather in-person or virtually for Women’s studies, Co-ed studies, or with others new to our church community. Click HERE for details and to register.
Paper Product Plus Collection. Next time you go to the grocery store, would you pick-up paper supplies for the Lamb Center (day shelter for the homeless)? They need Ziploc bags, disposable razors, 13-gallon trash bags, and more. List available at the Connection Center and online. Items are needed by October 31.
Lamb Center Lunch. Would you be able to provide some fresh grab-and-go food items for the Lamb Center (homeless day shelter)? Full list is HERE. All items at CPC are needed by 10:00 am on Tuesday morning, October 19. Questions? Contact Director of Missions Sharon Hoover (sharon@cpceco.org).
Refugee Resettlement Team. We will begin supporting refugee families within the next week or two. Needs include: welcome team, household set-up, specialized assistance (English, school registration, and paperwork, etc), one-time needs (furniture pick-up, etc), and ongoing on-call assistance. English Class teachers and assistants. This Fall, we will resume English Classes for parents of London Towne Elementary. Would you pray about joining our team to serve? We need teachers and assistants, as well as helpers for the children’s homework room. Contact Director of Missions, Sharon Hoover, if you have questions or are available to serve.

Fall Retreats. CPC Students will be going on a retreat to Camp Joy El in Pennsylvania to enjoy a weekend of fun and growing in faith! Mark your calendars: November 5th-7th for High Schoolers with a registration deadline of Oct 22nd, and November 19th-21st for Middle Schoolers with a registration deadline of Nov 2nd.
