CPCKids will be holding our first ever Pumpkin Bash on Saturday, November 6th from 3-5pm. We invite all ages to family-friendly fun, a pumpkin-chucking competition, and pie eating contests. Create any type of launching device, bring your old carved pumpkins and join us as we bash our pumpkins! If this sounds awesome but you have questions about participating, or want to volunteer to help, please contact Hilary Kinitz (hilary@cpceco.org)

will be going on a retreat to Camp Joy El in Pennsylvania to enjoy a weeken
d of fun and growing in faith — November 5th-7th for High Schoolers and November 19th-21st for Middle Schoolers. Cost is $103. Celebrate with Us!

  • The Baby Bottle campaign has raised $1,510 so far. These funds support our ministry partner, Life First. They come alongside women and men in unplanned pregnancy.
  • Nearly one TON of supplies for victims of natural disasters! When Tim and Elizabeth Luffy drove the disaster relief buckets to the Maryland warehouse, the workers weighed our buckets: 1,900 pounds!

Paper Product Plus Collection. Next time you go to the grocery store, would you pick-up paper supplies for the Lamb Center (day shelter for the homeless)? They need Ziploc bags, disposable razors, 13-gallon trash bags, and more. List available at the Connection Center and online. Items are needed by October 31st.  

Lamb Center Lunch. Would you be able to provide some fresh grab-and-go food items for the Lamb Center? Full list is HERE. All items at CPC are needed by 10:00 am on Tuesday morning, October 19th. Questions? Contact Director of Missions Sharon Hoover (sharon@cpceco.org).

English Class teachers and assistants. This Fall, we will resume English Classes for parents of London Towne Elementary. Would you pray about joining our team to serve? We need teachers and assistants, as well as helpers for the children’s homework room. Contact Director of Missions Sharon Hoover (sharon@cpceco.org) if you have questions or are available to serve. 

Refugee Resettlement. We are gathering household items for our incoming refugee family. At this time, we are collecting new pillows and towels, electric kettle, alarm clock, skillet, and pans. If you have furniture items to donate, please email a photo of the item to Carol Wallace (carol.k.wallace@gmail.com). Please also email Carol if you are interested in helping with the resettlement efforts. 

Planning for Advent Season. Do you have a portable electric fireplace we could use for a prop from 11/21-12/26? If so, please contact Karen Wroniewicz in the church office at karen@cpceco.org.
