Little Lambs Ministry. Attention Knitters and Crocheters! A new ministry is starting up and we need fiber artists to help! Would you knit a shawl, lap robe, or baby blanket for a member of our church family and help us to show them God’s love in a very tangible way? Stop by the informational table in the lobby this Sunday after both services, or contact Susan Blair (susandblair@aol.com).
Paper Product Plus Collection. This is the last week! Next time you go to the grocery store, would you pick-up paper supplies for the Lamb Center (day shelter for the homeless)? They need sturdy paper plates and bowls, plastic cutlery, cold & hot beverage cups (8oz), paper towels, 13-gallon trash bags with drawstrings, and more. List available at the Connection Center and online. Items are needed by October 31st.
If you missed it… Jobs For Life. Would you be interested in being a mentor to help someone break out of the cycle of poverty?
