Thanks to those who have already begun to drop off their donations! We have a few more days to stock the shelves of our local food pantries, WFCM & Haymarket Regional Food Pantry. Download the most-needed list here or pick up the list in the CPC lobby. Bring donations to CPC by this week!

Homestretch Clothing Needs. With summer approaching, we want to provide the family that CPC sponsors through Homestretch – program helping families experiencing homelessness – with children’s clothes. The needs include: boy’s pants (3T), boy’s shirts (3T), boy’s sandals (size 6), girl’s pants (6-9 months), girl’s shirts (6-9 months), Old Navy or Target gift card (for teenage daughter’s clothes). Bring items to the CPC office any time!

Western Fairfax Christian Ministries (WFCM) has begun renovations to prepare the new Centreville food pantry in the Centreville Square 2 shopping center! Their hours will be Tuesday-Thursday, including Wednesday and Thursday evenings. If you are interested in helping, all the details are available on the WFCM Volunteer Application link.

Men’s Ministry Twilight Polo Date Night. Block off your calendars for Sat. Jun 24th. Men’s Ministry will host a Date Night at Great Meadows in The Plains, VA. It is sure to be a delightful evening of Twilight Polo and a picnic! Tickets can be purchased here. SUMMER AT CPC SNEAK PEEK!

Backyard Social | The first Sundays of our summer months, everyone is invited to relax in CPC’s own backyard. June 4th. Gather with us next Sunday immediately after 2nd service for our first Backyard Social to kick-off Summer at CPC 2023! Enjoy Kona Shaved Ice, playground fun and yard games.

Easy Community | What if this summer you had more friends and deeper connections than before we began? This summer we want to make community…easy! Opportunities to gather with others in the same life stage can often be the simplest way to start. Young Family / 30 Something Brunch. Sebastian and Michelle Wilbern will be hosting a brunch for the young families of our church after the 2nd service at Noon on June 11th. Kids are welcome — they will have a bouncy castle!! They live just next to the church at 6365 Lee Forest Path Centreville, VA 20120. Please email msanata13@gmail.com if you can attend.

Summer Retreats | We have special retreats & special events for our young ones this summer. Don’t miss a thing, be sure to subscribe to the CPCKids & Student Ministry Weekly e-letters!
High School Lock-In June 28th. School is over and it’s time to relax before we all jump into our new futures. What better way to do that than with a good ol’ Lock-in! Rising 9th graders through ’23 seniors can enjoy all night games, food, movies, and fellowship! Students should bring pillows and sleeping bags. Middle School Summer Retreat Aug 4th- 6th. Rising 6th through rising 9th graders are invited to a retreat on August 4th to 6th. This is a great opportunity to have an end-of-summer celebration as they move on to the next chapter of their lives. Enjoy wonderful community with each other, including games, water sports and, as always, worship! The last last day for registration is July 1st.
