Increasing Need for Pot Roasts. The number of men and women is increasing at the Lamb Center (day shelter for people experiencing homelessness). We are responding by increasing the number of pot roasts we serve for our monthly meal. Would you prepare one of the thirteen roasts for July 18th? Bring fully assembled on Sunday, July 16th or bring hot to CPC by 10:00am on July 18th. A simple recipe is on the CPC sign-up page and on our website. Let us know on the Sign-up Genius form.
Extra freezer? We are looking for a used freezer for one of our Afghan refugee families. If you have one or know someone who might have one, please contact Carol Wallace (carol.k.wallace@gmail.com).

Sunday Seminar “Portraits in Leadership.” We all look to iconic figures – Steve Jobs, Elon Musk, Martin Luther King – as examples of how to lead. Is this actually a good thing? What actually makes a great Christian leader? Come join us as we analyze the virtues and vices of these famous leaders through a Christian lens. We will meet July 30th, Aug 6th, and Aug 13th at 9am in room 201.
