CPC Family! The community’s response to this year’s Lunch & Hunt has been amazing, and we are expecting a very full parking lot on Saturday. As hosts, we ask that you please familiarize yourselves with the information below before your arrival.
Event Volunteers & Staff
Our KCPC church friends across the street have generously permitted our church Staff members and Lunch & Hunt Volunteers to park in their lot. If you have volunteered for the Lunch & Hunt, please arrive at your designated time -OR- arrive by 9:30am so you have enough time to park at KCPC and walk over prior to the official start of the event. If you want to volunteer and need an assignment, please email Hilary.
CPC Attendees
If you are attending with family and have invited several neighbors, please consider parking early and being available to provide a warm welcome to the families you invited! We expect a beautiful day and a packed event, so we also encourage you to bring foldable camping chairs if you have them.
Pre-Registration is closed online, but if you still have friends interested in joining, we will be taking Walk-in Registrations.
