On April 30, 2011, we partnered with Habitat for Humanity to assist an elderly couple in Manassas Park.

In the last year, we have worked cutting and stacking firewood, hauling accumulated building materials to the front of the property for carting off to the county dump, building handrails at the front entrance and doing general yard maintenance. This time around, we scraped, primed and painted the exterior of the home and replaced fascia board. Special thanks to Marci and Brian Swanson for providing a great lunch. Further plans for the property include replacing the roof and garage door as funds become available.
