Our Neighbor’s Child

centreville presbyterian church angel tree

CPC is working with Our Neighbor’s Child (ONC), a non-profit, community-based organization to provide Christmas gifts for children in low-income families in western Fairfax County.  Beginning Sunday, November 27 you may select an ornament from the tree. Each ornament contains a child’s age, gender, and Christmas wish.  Return the “UNWRAPPED” gift with the ornament securely attached to the Angel tree no later than Sunday morning, December 11.  All gifts must be returned by this time as our delivery of the gifts will be made to the ONC warehouse that day. Volunteers are needed to deliver gifts to the warehouse in Chantilly on December 11 from noon until 2:00 p.m. Any help with this activity will be greatly appreciated. Please sign up at The Connection Center. Questions? Contact Jan Donovan via the church office.

Ive got some Barbie clothes/dolls. Does any child need/want these new items? (I can’t get to the tree right now.)

Yes, I’m sure a girl would love these! If you can bring them by church or send them in with someone, that would be wonderful.

I have gifts that my classroom has collected for ONC. Do I bring from 12-2 or before?

Thank you! We will have volunteers organizing items at 10am this morning, so it would be great to have the items then.
